Remembering the odyssey of the Catalan Company in the Mediterranean:
In four legs beginning at Perpinyà (LFMP) we will remember a few of the outstanding facts which took place in the Mediterranean of the XIV th century by the Catalan warriors also known as Almogàvers.
We are now in 1282 and the King Pere The Great sends about 2.000 almogavars to combat the French forces threatening Sicily.
The second leg will bring us, departing from from [b]Alacant (LEAL) to Palerm (LICJ)[/b] in Sicily.
