Oktoberfest 2009 Fly-In

Fly-In organitzat pel reial ATC bavarès (München FIR) on els pilots de Catalonian que ho desitgin poden participar. 

DESCRIPCIÓ
  • La sortida ó arribada haurà de ser EDDM i recíprocament un aeroport dels Països Catalans, que poden ser: tots els publicats
    pel FIR de LECB (veure la taula d'aeròdroms), més LEZG, LFMP i LIEA, sempre d'arribada o sortida.
  • Ponderació: Els vols Fly-in tenen una ponderació d' 1,25.
TERMINI I
INSCRIPCIÓ
  • Operacions vigent entre les 16:00 UTC i les 21:00 UTC del 20.09.2009.
  • No cal inscripció.
REQUISITS
  • Nivell mínim: Comandant d'Hèlix (H-CM).
  • Habilitació INTERNACIONAL.
  • La sortida o arribada haurà de ser un aeroport dels Països Catalans (vegeu apartat de DESCRIPCIÓ).
  • L'avió o avions a utilitzar són a discreció del pilot en funció del seu nivell i escala dintre dels disponibles a la flota de CAT.

PIREPs
  • L'ID-POV és 1001 (En FSAcars posar CT1001 al camp del codi de pla de
    vol Flight IATA).
  • El PIREP haurà d'incloure en l'apartat COMMENTS C VOICE CATALONIAN / OKTOBERFEST 2009.
  • Com sempre, cal trametre el Pla de Vol a través de l'oficina de plans de vol de VATSIM i afegir al camp 11 (Remarks) el texte
    VOICE CATALONIAN / OKTOBERFEST 2009    .

Take Germany's second largest airport with two independent parallel over
13,000 ft long runways and put it together with the world´s largest beer
festival the "Oktoberfest" or "d' Wiesn" with over 6 million visitors. What
you get is the now already 7th

vACC-SaG Oktoberfest Fly-In

This event is taking place at Munich Airport (EDDM) with all relevant ATC
positions staffed by highly motivated controllers to offer you
sophisticated ATC services. Our neighbouring sectors will also be staffed.
All controllers will make you feel comfortable, but even so you will be
amongst thrilling waves of In- and Outbound rushes!

Paris Charles-de-Gaulle (LFPG) and Amsterdam Schipol (EHAM) will support
us, they are the official partner airports of this event!

The "Oktoberfest Fly-In" will start Sunday September 20th from 1600z until
at least 2100z.

So prepare yourself for a visit to the capital of Bavaria - we are hugely
looking forward to it.
